John Stevens, P.E., CEO and president
John S. Stevens, P.E., is the founder of infinigy engineering, and responsible for business development strategy. With 20 years experience in wireless, John has served as CTO/SVP with US Unwired, a Sprint PCS network affiliate, as CTO with SBA Communications, a leading independent owner/operator of wireless communication infrastructure, and as Director of Engineering & Operations with Sprint PCS. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the State University of New York.

Steve Gosnell, Chief Operating Officer
Steve Gosnell is a founder and Chief Operating Officer of infinigy engineering. He is responsible for operations and project resource allocation for all regions. With over 11 years of experience in real estate, engineering, wireless network deployment and Build-to-Suit project management Mr. Gosnell leads the diverse infinigy technical and management teams in delivering client expectations.

Todd Scaccia, Principal, VP of Construction
Todd Scaccia is principal and Vice President of Construction for infinigy engineering. He is responsible for all wireless construction projects, including bidding, permitting, project management, and deployment. Experienced in site acquisition and construction of raw lands, co-location, roof-top and water tank telecommunication sites, Mr. Scaccia previously owned and operated Scaccia Enterprise, a wireless construction company, and was a Wireless Implementation Engineer with Sprint PCS. With over 10 years industry experience, he has constructed wireless sites throughout the United States for all the national carriers and tower management companies.

Chris Warren, P.E., Principal, Chief Engineer
Chris Warren, P.E. is a principal and Chief Engineer for infinigy engineering. He is responsible for wireless design and engineering services and management of the Southeast Regional production team. Mr. Warren is a registered P.E. in 40 states and has over 10 years experience in wireless site design and project engineering. He has designed over 1,500 deployed wireless telecommunication sites. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an Associates of Science Degree in Business from Volunteer State Community College.

Michael Tucker, P.E., Principal, Director of Land Development
Michael Tucker, P.E. is a principal and Director of Land Development for infinigy engineering. He is responsible for civil and land development projects for all regions. Mr. Tucker has over 17 years of experience in civil/site design for residential, retail commercial and hospitality development. Previously he served with Clough Harbour & Associate and Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering degree from Syracuse University, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Russell Black, Principal, Regional Director
Russell Black is a Principal and Regional Director with infinigy engineering. He is responsible for the government services wireless sector and project management for all regions. Mr. Black has 19 years experience in wireless, commercial development, and construction management. Previously Mr. Black served as GM and Regional Director with SBA Communications, and worked in commercial engineering as a project director on major commercial projects throughout the eastern United States. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama and is an Active Real Estate Broker in the state of Georgia.

Daniel M. Schweigard, Environmental Services, Projects Manager
Daniel M. Schweigard is the Environment Services Projects Manager for infinigy engineering. He is responsible for environmental services to meet the client needs for assessment, due diligence and regulatory filing requirements for wireless, commercial and residential development. A Certified Environmental Consultant, Mr. Schweigard previously was an Environmental Compliance Officer with SBA Network Services. Mr. Schweigard holds a BS in Environmental Science and Land Use Planning from SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse and certifications in hazardous materials (OSHA) standards, wetland science and hydrology.

Charles E. Lent, PLS, Survey Service Group, Project Manager
Charles E. Lent, PLS, is the Survey Service Group Project Manager for infinigy engineering. He is responsible for survey services for infinigy wireless telecommunications and land development projects, including business development, project estimates, proposals and management. Mr. Lent has over 20 years experience in all aspects of surveying for highway, commercial and residential projects, including topographic surveys for design, right-of-way surveys for highway improvements, and GPS surveying. Mr. Lent holds an AS in Engineering Science from SUNY Delhi and has professional registrations in New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
