Steve Gosnell is President,Chief Operating Officer and a founder of infinigy engineering. He is responsible for operations and project resource allocation for all regions. With over 11 years of experience in real estate, engineering, wireless network deployment and Build-to-Suit project management Mr. Gosnell leads the diverse infinigy technical and management teams in delivering client expectations.

John Stevens, P.E., Founder and Chairman
John S. Stevens, P.E., is the founder and Chairman of infinigy engineering. With over 20 years experience in wireless, John currently is EVP with Tarpon Towers LLC, and has served as CTO/SVP with US Unwired, a Sprint PCS network affiliate, as CTO with SBA Communications, a leading independent owner/operator of wireless communication infrastructure, and as Director of Engineering & Operations with Sprint PCS. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the State University of New York.

Chris Warren, P.E., Principal, Chief Engineer
Chris Warren, P.E. is a principal and Chief Engineer for infinigy engineering. He is responsible for wireless design and engineering services and management of the Southeast Regional production team. Mr. Warren is a registered P.E. in 40 states and has over 10 years experience in wireless site design and project engineering. He has designed over 1,500 deployed wireless telecommunication sites. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Tennessee and an Associates of Science Degree in Business from Volunteer State Community College.

Michael Tucker, P.E., Principal, Director of Land Development
Michael Tucker, P.E. is a principal and Director of Land Development for infinigy engineering. He is responsible for civil and land development projects for all regions. Mr. Tucker has over 17 years of experience in civil/site design for residential, retail commercial and hospitality development. Previously he served with Clough Harbour & Associate and Vanasse Hangen Brustlin, Inc. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering degree from Syracuse University, and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers.

Russell Black, Principal, Regional Director
Russell Black is a Principal and Regional Director with infinigy engineering. He is responsible for the government services wireless sector and project management for all regions. Mr. Black has 19 years experience in wireless, commercial development, and construction management. Previously Mr. Black served as GM and Regional Director with SBA Communications, and worked in commercial engineering as a project director on major commercial projects throughout the eastern United States. He holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Alabama and is an Active Real Estate Broker in the state of Georgia.

Deborah M. Osterhoudt, P.G. Director of Environmental Services
Deborah Osterhoudt is the Director of Environmental Services for Infinigy Engineering. She is responsible for meeting the needs of the client and providing investigative analysis and compliance reporting, enabling the client to make an informed decision regarding environmental conditions and requirements. A Professional Geologist, Ms. Osterhoudt has over 15 years of experience in site investigation/remediation, regulatory compliance reporting and resolution for wireless telecommunications, industrial, commercial and residential clients. Ms. Osterhoudt holds a B.S. in Geology from SUNY Albany and holds certifications in hazardous materials (OSHA) standards and GIS applications.
