infinigy Engineering & Surveying Opens Mid-Atlantic Regional Office
Appoints A.J. DeSantis Regional Director
Richmond, VA. October 14, 2008 – infinigy engineering & surveying, pllc, an integrated technical services company providing design-driven engineering solutions, announced today the opening of its Mid-Atlantic Regional Office and the appointment of A.J. DeSantis as Regional Director. infinigy engineering has located the office in Richmond, Virginia to manage its expanding presence and wireless telecommunications projects in Virginia, Washington DC, and throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
“We have several significant wireless projects in the region,” said John Stevens, president and CEO of infinigy engineering, “and we are opening the regional office to support them and develop ongoing business opportunities.”
infinigy is providing wireless A&E services for 55+ sites in the State of Virginia Statewide Agencies Radio System (STARS), the digital voice and data wireless communications public safety network. In addition to managing multiple in-building wireless network projects, the infinigy Richmond office provides regional site work for Verizon Wireless.
The new infinigy Mid-Atlantic Regional office is located at 3 South 12th Street, Richmond, Virginia. infinigy expects the Mid-Atlantic Regional staff will grow to be 6-8 engineers and project managers within a year, and is currently recruiting for construction managers and an engineer.

DeSantis has been with infinigy for five years, and previously served as a senior project manager. He has relocated to Richmond from the Albany office to manage the regional operations, and will be responsible for supporting existing projects, new business development, and expanding staff.
